You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Silicon Path Law, its attorneys, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the website.

Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact Silicon Path Law at support@siliconpathlaw.com and provide a written description of the dispute, the relief sought, and your contact information. We will attempt to resolve the matter informally within 30 days of receipt.

Binding Arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved informally, you and Silicon Path Law agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this website — including any question of arbitrability — shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and shall take place in Santa Clara County, California, or via videoconference.

Class Action Waiver. You and Silicon Path Law each waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any other representative proceeding. All disputes must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class proceeding.

Exceptions. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened misuse of intellectual property or confidential information.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and become effective upon publication. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration under Section 12, it shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
