We will respond to verified consumer requests within 45 days of receipt. If additional time is required, we will notify you and may extend the response period by an additional 45 days.

We treat all such communications with strict confidentiality and do not disclose them except as permitted or required by law or with your informed consent.
Please note: communications made before a formal engagement agreement is signed may not carry the full protections of attorney-client privilege. We encourage you not to share highly sensitive information through the website contact form until an engagement is established.
13. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, Silicon Path Law will notify affected individuals as required by applicable law. Under California law, notification will be provided in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay. Where required, we will also notify the California Attorney General and other applicable regulators.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. The following general retention periods apply:
